The Gibberd Garden
Every turn reveals another aspect or a work of art.
It was created by Sir Frederick Gibberd, an uncompromising Modernist architect and the master-planner of Harlow New Town.
"It took me years to go there, I loved how you could have so many views of art, hidden in plain sight."
Music is one of the Arts that is being neglected by successive English governments,
headed up by a inert or is it incompetent, never quite sure, "Culture Secretary" with only one thing in mind.
To aid selling the music venues to property developers to build on the land, gradually all the small venues and medium sized venues that were built in town centres are going, or have gone, with nothing to replace them.
Germany and other European countries are lucky not to have the same government policy, they care more about their culture.

All non commercial sites must be based in Harlow or about Harlow, this includes facebook groups. (see community & charity links)
A commercial site must be based within Harlow or within 4 miles of Harlow's borders.
In an attempt to keep the dead links down, commercial sites once listed by submission, must submit any change of web address, failure to due this may result in site being dropped permanently or a charge being made to be re-listed.
If the only mention of Harlow on the company website is an address of the local agent, the chances of being listed are very slim.
Ideally a multi national or national site should have a Harlow landing page.
A physical address would help to insure a listing, some sites that say they are in Harlow have been dropped or not listed because of the lack of an address, equally some sites say they are in Harlow then have been listed, only to find they are not based in Harlow, they just cover the Harlow area, subsequently the link has been dropped.
