Below, I've added Epping and East Herts Councils because with the extra housing they are building around Harlow they will have a major impact on Harlow and it's roads.
Already they have given developers the go ahead to around 16,000 new homes, some to the South, Epping Forest Council and some to the North, East Herts Council .
In the past a further 14,000 new homes were originally announced, bringing the total new build to over 30,000 around Harlow.
Perhaps they might like to give their land around Harlow to Harlow?
